I See You

There’s a girl hiding under there, wishing to be released. She’s real. She’s authentic. She’s honest. She wants to live her dreams and feel supported. She has a bright light to share with her world. She loves and wants to be loved, for exactly who she is.

Why is she hiding?

She’s afraid she won’t be liked. She’s afraid to BE who she wants to be instead of what the world wants her to be. She’s afraid to let people down. She’s afraid that family and friends will fall away. She’s afraid she won’t fit in, her ideas aren’t good enough and that the real her will be too much. She’s afraid she isn’t worthy of the life she dreams of living.

Her fears are real. Her struggle is real. She is not alone.

Honor the space between no longer and not yet. ~Nancy Levin

I see you. I know you. I used to be you. There are still days that I am you.

It’s ok to hang out in the space of no longer and not yet. Find your courage there. Build your strength. Dance with “hiding you” until you become one.

When you’re ready, come out to play! The world needs your light. You have so much to share, so much goodness and love to spread, in your own special way. There’s no one in the world that can offer what you offer in the way that you offer it.

Be brave. Take a baby step. You are worthy of all you dreams. xo
